The issue with Internet Explorer and Edge has been corrected. You should be able to print and download from those browsers now.

As the age limit field wasn't being used, we have removed it.

When the form is submitted, a green message bar appears at the top, indicating the registration has been saved.

Unless the user has indicated they they have more students to register, they are sent to a confirmation page.

They also immediately are sent a confirmation email.

Is this not the behavior you are seeing on your page?

You appear to be using Internet Explorer 11. We currently have an issue with our reporting functionality and Internet Explorer. We expect to have it corrected very soon. Until then, you will need to use another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, for printing or downloading.

The team leader position was primarily intended to allow team leaders to track attendance for their team.

I think the intent was that teachers would be given the role for the station they were leading: Crafts, Games, Snacks, and so forth.

I can see the value of having teacher-specific roles, so I'll pass that suggestion on to the team. For now, you'll just need to find the most appropriate coordinator position from the available choices.

Sure, you can customize the form to suit your needs in the Forms section of the admin.  You can put blocks of text and use a checkbox or other field type to signify consent.

Information on customizing forms can be found here: Can I customize my volunteer and participant registration forms?

No, we know of no issues that would cause that. I did a test registration through your public page, and it worked as expected. I deleted the registration when I was done.

Can you provide any additional information about the missing students? Where they registered through the public page, or the admin? Do you have an example student that you expect to see?

We don't provide a way to automatically close age groups.

You can manually hide them from the public registration form. On the Age Groups section in the Settings section, you can un-click the "Show on Registration Form" checkbox for the age group and click Save.

We'd need more information to be able to investigate.

The email you sent this request from is not associated with  an event. I tried to track down the event you were invited to, but the event I found has no outstanding invitations to you or anyone else. So, I'm not sure I'm looking at the right one. If the event director sent you invitations and then rescinded them, it would produce the behavior you describe, but it makes no sense for the director to have done that.

In general, if you have difficulty after you log in, you can stay logged in and just go click the link again. If it still doesn't work, either the invitation has already been accepted, or has been rescinded by the director.

If you provide us information to identify the event, we can investigate further. Information such as the director's email, the event's public page, or even the church name and address would enable us to find the event.

Thanks for the input. It really helps us to know how people want to use this tool. I have passed it on to the team.
