What happens if maximum enrollment is reached for an age group? Does it close that age group availability for our VBS, or create another group, or what?

It looks like that field isn't used--which is an oversight on our part.
The limit on Teams controls auto-assignment.If you are using auto-assignment, it will stop automatically putting students on a team once it is full. Students can still register, but will not be assigned.
We'll provide an update once we get the Age Group limit logic in place.
As the age limit field wasn't being used, we have removed it.
