"oops...blizzard the polar bear seems to be lost" warning keeps showing up
As I'm working my way through the list of tasks on the Dashboard I keep getting a page pop-up when I click on each item that says: "Ooops... Blizzard the Polar Bear seems to be missing!" Help!
Why aren't I able to print background on badges
form preview shows up in narrow column
When I click the form preview button, I get a narrow 2.5"x 8" column which is very difficult to read. I cannot figure out a way to expand it (usually I can just grab a corner or side and drag the box into a different shape).
Our VBS public page link is not working. Can you look into this?

The link to our VBS registration is not working. It is getting redirected to the myAnswers.com home page.
HELP!!! My registration URL is going to a default VBS Director page!!!!!
I started up registration live yesterday and have all of my stuff linked to the Answers VBS Director registration form and now the link is going to some generic page, NOT my registration form. As far as I know, I haven't changed anything. Please help me as soon as possible!!!
when i type in my url it goes to the wrong page
When I type in my url "https://graceopc.myanswers.com/time-lab/" it goes directly to the myanswers.com page. I've tried multiple times but cannot figure out what I've done wrong.
