Can't find my public page plus registration info gone

My "to do" checklist says that my page has been made public, but I can't find it.  Also, I went into the registration page (which also indicates that I have completed the task) and all the information that I had entered is gone.  evergreen-baptist.myanswers.com/time-lab.  Thanks. Linda MItchell

Hi Linda,

To publish your public page, go to Promote -> Edit Public Page -> Click the Publish button on the left.

It looks like your customizations have been retained, both on the age groups (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3025/age-groups/) and on the teams (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3025/teams/).

It doesn't look like you've customized your registration page but you can do so by going to Promote -> Edit Registration Forms.

I also seem to have lost the merged Time Lab info with Operation Arctic. Every time I'm logging in, it's asking me to enter all the information, but I haven't done it yet as I'm hopeful it was just a glitch? Are you able to reset and/or bring the information back? Hello Adriana, it sounds like you may be confused by the manage page here:https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/. You don't have to make a new event; if you scroll down you will see your existing event/s below the event creation box. To open the Director page for them them, click the Manage button.


The Manage button will take you to your Director page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/2630/

This is Linda.  I do not feel like my questions were answered.  I changed the registration page to reflect the names and ages of the groups we use.  If I go to the registration page, it seems to have reverted to the template registration page.  I cannot find the information that I inputted. The to do buttons say I have completed the task.  What happened to my information?  Also the to do buttons say that my page is published. If I type in the web address I provided in my original comment, I get the message, "The page for this event is coming.  If you're the director of this event make sure your page has been published."  My questions are, what happened to the customized registration page I created and if my page is published as the to do list says, how do I find it?
