My resource code gave me Pre K instead of middle school? Is there a way to get the right resources?
I have recently ordered middle school curriculum Lessons 1-10. Upon putting the resource code in, pre K resources come up. If I try to click the middle school tab on the left, only the free lessons (Easter, Christmas, etc.) come up. Any advice or someone I can call directly? I am new to using these platforms, so it very well could be operator error.

Hello,
The access code that you currently have will give you access to Unit 1 resources of all age groups. After clicking on 'Middle School' in the left pane, Unit 1 will appear above the Free Lessons. To expand the lessons under Unit 1, you will have to click on it. I apologize for the confusion this may have caused you. If you are having any issues with the content, let us know.

The access codes are cross compatible, so you will not need to re-enter your access code.

I am looking at Unit 3, high school lessons 21-30. I have entered my digital access code. All I can find are PDFs and PPTs. I cannot find the videos for these lessons
Hello, I just checked on this and confirmed that Unit 3 does not have any videos listed for Unit 3. I will make a task to get those added, but meanwhile, you can use our old ABC Resources page here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. The video downloads you're looking for should be there.

Where can I find "New Beginning", the free companion to the Noah lessons? I downloaded the Noah lessons a long time ago but I can't find them online now and therefore can't find "New Beginning".

I can only get resources for pre-K - 1st grade and I need 4th and 5th grades

Our apologies for the inconvenience. In our original printing, the Unit 4 codes were misprinted in the Unit 5 materials. The Unit 5 codes are as follows:
Unit 5 Resources: RP05VIB
Unit 5 Verse Music: VM05VIB
Also, if you're not finding any of the resources you need in the new ABC Resources page, the old page will still have what you need here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. We've kept it around as we fill in the missing content on the new page.

I can view all documents under coordinator account, but my teachers are unable to open all documents.
Some documents are available for them to download or print, but other documents they are unable. We are just starting the ABC Digital Beta for Unit 5. Thank you so much for your hard work. Blessings.

I use a macbook for my powerpoint presentation. How do I replace fonts to get the words to line up with the blanks in the questions?

The PowerPoints were designed with specific fonts, and the text layout should fall into place if you install them.

Yes, in the new ABC Resources area, once you enter an access code and click on the lesson, if you click the Music icon on the left sidebar, a tab will pop out where you can play the music directly from your browser.

Access to digital media no longer working
I am on the new resource page, https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/ and yet I am unable to access any of the media content that is supposed to be included in our package. I also tried to reenter our resource code and was brought to a page that reads "server error 500"
What can I do to get our digital resources by service this Wednesday?
Hello all, unfortunately, we had some unexpected issues with the new ABC Resources page. We have retained the old page for people to use while we fix the bugs and add the missing content. It is available here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/.
Please note that the access codes unlock the resources in both areas, so there is no need to re-enter the code. Once it has been unlocked, the access stays with your account.

how do you get the music for the memory verse without the motions split screen? (asking for unit 6)

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Web content will be adding all the memory verse videos to Units 1-13, and Units 14-15 will come with them already added.
