Lesson downloads
Not sure what is going on, but your website seems stuck between two phases. I currently do not have access to the new digital site. It seems I can no longer download a zip file with a unit of material in it. Now I have to sort through the items one by one online. Is this the way it is going to stay? The site also keeps kicking me over to try to get me to sign in with a code for digital access which i do not have. It is like a continual add. This is very frustrating and most likely going to push me to go elsewhere for my teaching material. Are these things temporary or is this how it will be from now on? I purchased the complete set of lessons that is supposed to come with downloadable resources, which is now very frustrating to navigate.
Answer
Hello Ernie,
Sorry to hear you have been having trouble navigating the new ABC Resources page. We have retained the old page here as we continue to develop the ABC Digital platform: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. You can still download the complete .zip files there.
We are still working on improving the ABC Resources page, as well as ABC Digital (currently in early access/beta). We appreciate your feedback!
Blessings,
Arthur
I also don't have access to the digital site. I called the office this week and they gave me the old platform shortcut and said I should hear back from someone. I haven't heard anything from support.
Hello Steve,
Unfortunately, we had some unexpected issues with the new ABC Resources page. We have retained the old page for people to use while we fix the bugs and add the missing content. It is available here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/.
Please note that the access codes unlock the resources in both areas, so there is no need to re-enter the code. Once it has been unlocked, the access stays with your account.
Blessings,
Arthur
