Many of the functions that are attached to data are not usable because we are not able to customize them. I would have loved to use the name tag print function, the print roster function and others but I need to be able to customize and add fields. For example, our students are given a number that is used for our car rider pick up line. We printed them on our name tags this year but had to work around the system by downloading the data and creating a new table in excel so we could add a field. Our rosters needed different fields as well so we had to work around that over and over again. Please allow us to add and customize data collected on registration and how that is input into printouts. Thank you

No Option for PDF Download
I cannot download pdfs for anything despite being a coordinator. My wife is also a coordinator, but she was able to see and download pdfs for our volunteers. We called in to customer service, and they said I should be able to view and print the pdfs. I even logged in on my wife's computer to make sure it wasn't my computer, and I still had the same problem. Please advise.
Nametags-Stickers
We utilize Dymo sticker labels for our check in's on Sundays. It would be AMAZING to use them for VBS, is this an option?
Additionally, if this is not possible, is there some other option to print name tags on sticker labels?
My Digital copy of day 5 drama says forbidden and won't play.
Days 1 thru 4 drama play just fine in my digital library. Day 5 won't play or download. Can you make this accessible?

I can't get the countdown code to work. I am trying to post it on Facebook but I am clearly doing something wrong. Help?

The countdown clock is intended for use on church websites, not Facebook. Unfortunately, due to Facebook's heavy restrictions on custom code (which can cause security issues if misused), the countdown clock can't be used on Facebook pages without significant hurdles in both development and implementation. Due to this, we are unable to support using it on Facebook at this time. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
