Custom header image

This is out first year using the AIG webtools.  We have a Custom VBS header image that we use each year for our camp that we'd like to continue to use. Can I upload that somewhere in the editor tools?

Also is there a way to edit the images on the page background to be images from our own event rather than the generic AIG event images?
