Yes, you absolutely can change the email address listed in the registration confirmation emails.
To do that, go to "Promote", then click "Edit Student Welcome Email" and "Edit Volunteer Welcome Email".

Hi Sheryl,
Unfortunately, we only support a single rotation schedule for each event. To work around that limitation, you can either create a second event for half of the sessions, or you can stick with one event, excluding teams from the main rotation schedule and managing their rotation schedule manually outside of Digital Tools.

Unfortunately, that is not supported by our rotation station settings. You can opt individual teams out of the rotation, but not certain rotations from rotating.
The parts of the schedule you can edit are:
- Start time
- End time
- Station length
- Opening/closing sessions
So, you will need to work around the limitations in our system or use a different scheduling system if you want to have all your rotations have a snack break at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes you. Hopefully, we will be able to improve its features in the future.

Unfortunately, VBS Digital Tools does not support fully customized schedules.
The parts of the schedule you can edit are:
- Start time
- End time
- Rotation length
- Opening/closing sessions.
It sounds like you want more features than what we currently offer, so regretfully you will have to come up with your own solution to fit your needs.

Also, be sure to first set up a nursery age group for volunteer children here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5275/age-groups/ and make sure you uncheck "Show on Registration Form".
You can also opt to show it publically, but have the Age Group name be something like "Nursery (Volunteer children only)" if you don't mind anyone being able to register.
