Hello Samantha,

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We do acknowledge there are several helpful applications for supporting emailing from the MyAnswers platform, but it’s a complex feature to get right.

Your feedback will be helpful as we explore our options and hope to improve this area within the next 12 months, but we unfortunately can’t guarantee anything at this time.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Jodi,

There is no way to save files on an iPhone or iPad without using a third-party app, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud. Apple has this restriction in place in their software.

You will need a cloud storage app to save the file to. This guide should help you in that regard: http://appadvice.com/appguides/show/download-apps-for-the-ipad

You can also download the files onto your computer, import them into iTunes, then sync your device with iTunes.

Blessings,

Arthur

FYI this has been resolved for some time now.

Hello Jolayne,

Sorry for the trouble. In our first printing, the Unit 4 code was in the Pre-K book. The Unit 5 resources code is RP05VIB.

Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Melanie, while we don't have the capacity to support all our users' tech issues, here is an article that may help you with the process: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/3061/burn-any-video-file-type-to-play-on-a-dvd-player/

OK, thanks! Your resources are available in three areas:

From those resources, I believe the easiest way for you to get what you are looking for is to go into the Digital Library and click Music on the sidebar. If the DL doesn't have what you want, the Music DVD-ROM should.

Arthur
