If you are just wanting to print the Name Tags, you can select the students and then chose "Print All Nametags with/without Background" from the drop-down menu. 

If you are wanting to custom nametages then unfortunately, we aren't able to support customization of the print nametags function within VBS Digital, but you can print your own custom name tag labels in a word processor using Avery template #74459​/5392​.

The Avery 74459 name badges include the entire kit (badges, lanyards, etc), while the Avery 5392 is just the badges alone.

No, you cannot add a church logo to the forms. However, you can edit the Form Titles. 

To edit the Form Titles you need to edit the Registration Forms, and then change the text of the Label for the form field that is the type "Header".

For example, to change the Student Registration form heading from "Student Information" to "Student Registration Form", then you will need to edit the following form field and then change the label text. Refer to the screenshots below.

At this time, go ahead and add them as the "Director" role. I believe our developers have on their list for improvements is to add a music director role. However, I do not have a timeframe on when that role will be implemented. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! After doing some testing, I can verify that you are not able to check in a student from their details page. The attendance check box on the student details page will auto populate when the student is checked-in via the Attendance page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/48795/attendance-report/. You will need to click on the Team and then check-in the desired student.

The profile icons are associated with the Teams and not the individual volunteers/students. Once a volunteer/student is assigned to a Team, their profile icon will change to match the profile icon of the Team. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
