how to print allergy list

Is there a way to print a specific list of only students with allergies and their specific allergies to pass along to our snack coordinator?

Hello Laura,

Yes! From People > Manage Students you can filter the students by choosing 'Allergy' in the filter drop-down menu. Then check the box to select all students. From there, click on 'Print Student Details' from the Action drop-down menu. See the screenshots below.

After selecting "Print Student Details" how do you get it to print?

Hello,

Once you select "Print Student Details", a green box will pop up and you will just need to confirm by clicking "OK" and then the print dialog box will pop up.
