Once the invited coordinator accepts the invite, creates a MyAnswer account (if they did not already have one), then it will take them to the VBS Dashboard here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/49184/. Once on the VBS Dashboard, they just need to click on Library to access the resources.
