Yes. If you modify your registration form after receiving submissions, you will need to delete all the students/volunteers that have already registered and then re-register them. It can be done, but I would not recommend updating your forms after you have already received submissions. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! There should of been an option to clone the previous years VBS Event when this years VBS Event was created. 

Depending on how far along you are in the setup, we could potentially delete your current event and start over with choosing the cloning option. If you do not want to go that route, you will need to customize the registration forms again. Just let me know which way you would like to proceed!
