Yes, this is something that our developers will need to update to be more user friendly. It is adding a fourth team because you have four rotation stations. You could potentially add a fourth dummy team or limit your rotation stations down to three.

You will need to create one rotation station that says something to the extent of "Assembly, Skit, Music, and Lesson". Then create the other rotations stations separately. Make sure to then set each team to start on the same rotation. You can find that setting by going to Settings > Teams > Click Pencil on the right to set the First Station. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

There is not a way to attach it as a PDF. However, if your form is through an online service (docusign, google forms, microsoft forms, etc), you can put a URL that directs them to the picture release form. 

Alternatively, you could add fields to your current form that requires the submitter to check a box for consent.

Hello,

VBS Digital provides a Public Page that you can utilize for promotional needs and registration forms. If you are not wanting the double work of adding registrations from you church's website, then I would suggest running all the registration through the provided registration page on the VBS Digital Public Page. Once your Public Page has been published, you can add the URL to your church's website to direct them to it. 

Also, students/volunteers will not need a MyAnswers account to register. However, Coordinators will need to be invited and it will prompt them to create an account if they do not currently have one already.
