Are there pre made editable flyers for VBS follow up? An invitation for parents to come watch their children preform some of the songs they have learned?
Ad Earnings on Social Media Post
We posted a video showing highlights from our VBS, and we used several audio tracks from The Great Jungle Journey in the background. I have now received a message from Facebook stating the following:
"Syntax Creative claimed ad earnings from your video, Emmanuel Assembly of God 2024 Vacation Bible School, posted on Jul 2, 2024 on your Page Emmanuel Assembly of God because it contains music, audio or video that belongs to them."
Is this true, or is this a scam of some kind? Did I miss a step? Did we not have permission to use the music in our Facebook post?

You will need to buy a license to share in order to use that in an online video. Please contact our customer service at (800) 778-3390 or custserve@answersingenesis.org to get that straightened out. I do believe that claim isn't correct though, as it shouldn't have been under that organization. Please let customer service know about this claim as well.

No option to register kids younger than 1st grade?
How do I add age groups to the list for registration? I only have 1st through 5th grade, but our VBS is for kids 3 & up. Help!

You can add age groups by going to https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/59472/age-groups/ to add age groups, then go to the "manage teams" button to add teams for those age groups. Duplicate Names Merge or Delete
Is there a way to filter duplicate names and merge them if they are the same versus trying to figure out which one to delete?

I cannot find the Color Cross when I click the link on Day 4 of Jungle Journey.
Hello Pat,
This can be found by going to the Library tab on your VBS page. Once there, scroll down and select "See Now" under Teaching, select the age group you need, then download the "Daily Materials" .zip folder. The color cross pattern can be found in that folder.

How do I change our church website link?

how can I print my schedule?
Hello Tami,
You can go to the "Schedule" tab and select "Print Schedule" under whichever type of schedule you would like to print (see picture below). It will help to have your age groups and teams tied together so, once kids register, they are filled to teams based on age groups, and those teams will show on the schedules.

We just finished our VBS and I thought I saw a feedback form that the director is supposed to complete and return to AIG. Where can I find this so I can fill it out and move on from VBS this year? We had an AWESOME week. Thank you for your strong materials/lessons and all the great digital access! WOW!

downloading songs and vidoes
How do I upload the songs and videos to google drive so I can use during VBS. Right now it takes an hour to upload one song or video to google drive. Then it won't play because even one video is too large.
