On our published website, the volunteer sign up is not showing up. Is there a setting that needs to be set up to add volunteer registration to the public site?

I would like to remove the "Age Level Preference" from my volunteer information form. We have never asked volunteers for this information before and cannot guarantee their preference will be honoured.

How do parents register their kids?
How do parents register their kids? Do I need to figure out how to create a QR code or is there and web address that I need to put on our posters and advertisements? And where do I find that information?
Why won't the Snack Guide print like the other guides? It says "generate printable PDF" but nothing happens when i click on it.
Is it possible to change the phone number settings to our country code?

Shortened primary and junior Bible lessons
The digital shortened primary and junior Bible lessons are identical and both have the file heading of "Short_Primary Teacher.indd." Is there a separate shortened junior lesson? Thanks!
Can I use my own photos on the public page?
I would like to use photos from our previous VBS on our public page. Is that possible?
Can I add an image to the registration email?
Is it possible to add an image, e.g. the theme logo, to my registration email?
Can I upload a list of students?
Our elder board would like to handle registration/payment through our current church software, so is it possible to do a mass upload of information into Answers in Genesis (via spreadsheet or CSV file)?
