You can print blank forms from the Promote page. I can see that a recent change to the default form makes it print on two pages. I'll bring that up with the designers and see if we can do something to get it back to a single page.

To print a student's registration, you'll need to bring it up on the "Edit" page. (Under people, bring up the "Manage All Students" page. Click a student and then click "edit") You can use your browser's print function to print out that page.

Don't worry, it is possible to restore deleted student data. You no longer have access to student data after it's been removed, but we can get it back for you.

I won't be able to do it tonight, but we'll work on it tomorrow. We'll restore all deleted students for your event. Any that you intended to delete you'll need to delete again.

Our default registration form does fit on one page. You can add or remove fields, so there's no guarantee your customized form will fit on one page.

For now, the only place you can see all the data for a student is on the "Edit" page. From the roster you can bring up the individual student's information page, and then click the "Edit" button at the top.

You can use your browser's print function to print the "edit" page to get a hard copy of all the individual student's data. Our designers will work on making that printout look better, but I think it should be sufficient for now.

No, we don't currently have a report like that. I can see why that it would be useful, so I'll pass the suggestion on to the team for consideration.

For now, allergy information is displayed on the team rosters that can be printed from the "Mange All Students" page under the "People" section. If that's not sufficient, the other option is to download the student data as a CSV file and get the information from there.

You have a few teams that do not have age groups assigned. If a team has no age groups assigned to it, then any age can be auto-assigned to that team.

K Purple Sled and PK4 Purple Sled are both currently set to accept any age groups.

The email is sent to the family form field named "Email." Your form didn't have an "Email" field, so no emails were sent.

As that field is required for the system to function correctly, it should have prevented you from changing it. I have updated your registration form so emails should be sent from now on.

The information from the confirmation email is also presented on the "Thank You" page that is shown after registration is complete, so parents should at least have seen it there.

The only time I've heard of that happening was when someone had an ad blocker installed that was blocking the top menu. I tried installing the same ad blocker on my computer, but was unable to duplicate the issue.

Are you using an ad blocker? Does disabling it help?

If not, can you provide a screen print of what you're seeing? It might help me if I can see exactly what you're seeing.

Our current rotation schedule system does not support that. The best you could do for now would probably be to extend the length of your opening assembly time on the schedule to account for both the opening assembly and homeroom time. That would at least show your rotations at the correct time.

Our design team has been made aware of your situation, and we'll keep it in mind as we make future enhancements to the system.

Both students and volunteers register from your public page: https://christianchurchofanchorage.myanswers.com/operation-arctic/

As long as you have volunteer registration enabled, there will be a menu option at the top of your public page, and a green button lower on the page.

Thanks for the clarification. I'll pass your suggestion on to the team.

One thing I've seen others do in similar situations is adding an asterisk after the student's name. You could do that for the students who do (or do not, depending on which way you want to indicate) have permission. It's obviously additional manual work for you, but this would make it possible to identify these students in the list and on all printed materials.
