There is not a waitlist option in VBS Digital that pauses registration. You will need to toggle off the registration link to prevent further registrations. I will also submit the "Waitlist option" to our developers for further review as I am sure other organizations would like that feature! Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! You can edit the students by going to the student page (Dashboard > People > Students), click on the student you wish to edit, and then click "Edit" under their name. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! You can find the Memory Verse Posters in the Digital Library under Posters and Signs. To print the posters, I would recommend using 11"x17" paper if you have that available. If not, 8.5"x11" will work, but you have to adjust the layout using the Print Dialog Window to scale it down and change to landscape mode. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! The animal pal images can be found under the Digital Library > Resources > Promotion > Clipart. You will need to choose either Color or Black/White. Then download the zip file of your choosing. Once the file is downloaded, you will then need to extract the contents and there will be a folder that contains the animal pal images. As I previously stated, the Music Coordinator role is on our developers list of feature requests and has not been implemented yet. You will need to choose another role as a stand-in role until the Music Coordinator role has been developed.
