You can use the URL of your VBS Event Public Page or you can use the QR Code under Promotional Tools. You also will need to setup your Student Registration form and toggle it to be active.

Yes, you can set the maximum number of students in a given team by clicking on Settings (gear icon) > Teams. Then click the pencil on the given team and set your max number of students.

You will need to invite your leaders and assign them a role within the VBS Digital Event here People > Coordinators Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to add a coordinator.
