Yes, you can set the maximum number of students in a given team by clicking on Settings (gear icon) > Teams. Then click the pencil on the given team and set your max number of students.

You will need to invite your leaders and assign them a role within the VBS Digital Event here People > Coordinators Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to add a coordinator.

The Canva templates can be found by the following steps: 

1. From the Dashboard, click on Promote.
2. The on the left-hand side, click on Promotion Tools.
3. In the middle of the page, click on Canva Templates.
