On our published website, the volunteer sign up is not showing up. Is there a setting that needs to be set up to add volunteer registration to the public site?

Hello,
Yes. From the Dashboard, you will need to click on Promote and then click the toggle button under the Volunteer Registration Form. However, you will only want to activate it when you are finished editing the form.
