Thanks for your help, Arthur! I found the links on the digital site under Promotional Calendar in the Directors Guide. All the suggestions have links that lead back to the AiG Store where they are listed as unavailable.

When I purchased the program I got the dowloadable version, so rather than a resource dvd-rom I was given access to download the resources like schedules from the answers in Genesis site. I downloaded the resource kit at the link AiG gave me in my initial email: https://answersingenesis.org/account/downloads  The one I downloaded with the schedule that appears scrambled is Ocean Commotion VBS Digital Starter Kit: Resources(1.7GB zip).
