Hi Susie,

We don't yet support seasonal lessons in ABC Digital, but you can download the Christmas lessons here:

Christmas Lessons (ESV Lesson Set 1)

Christmas Lessons (ESV Lesson Set 2)

Christmas Lessons (KJV Lesson Set 1)

Christmas Lessons (KJV Lesson Set 2)

When the time comes, we recommend postponing your normally-scheduled lesson to open up a spot for your Christmas lesson/s.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Jennifer,

A smart TV would work fine in lieu of a projector. Just plug in your laptop to the TV (probably via HDMI cable) and you'll be able to display the PowerPoints to your class.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Stephanie,

You can access the lesson resources outside of the ABC Digital access window here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/. Please note that you'll need to enter the access codes found in the teacher's guides. If you have lost any codes please let me know.

You can postpone your ABC Digital class lessons by going to your class schedule, clicking the more icon, and selecting "Reschedule lesson."

Beyond that, we will be expanding schedule customization options, but until then, please contact us for any schedule changes you need.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Juan,

I just checked on your account and didn't see any access codes for the ABC Resources page added to it.

I checked on the ABC Digital classes for your account and found six classes, one for each age group. So I can investigate this for you, which age group/s and lesson/s are you having issues with? i.e. Where are you expecting to see the family devotion booklet but it is not displaying?

Thank you,

Arthur

Hi Mike,

I checked on your account and saw you entered the Unit 2 Resources code, but to unlock the video and audio clips, you'll also need to enter the music code (VM020WB). I went ahead and added it to your account, so you should now see the videos icon on the left menu (click the menu icon first if you are on mobile).

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Chelsea,

Yes, share links are only available for current and future lessons. If your schedule is out of sync I'd be happy to move it up if you let me know what Lessons/Dates your classes are on. Just let me know!

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Chelsea,

You can generate the share links as soon as you have access to the lessons, but the links themselves only last for one week, so if generated too early, the links will expire. In this case, the links generated on Thursday expired on Tuesday. You can always generate new ones, but generally, I'd recommend you share them a week or less before the lesson is scheduled to be taught.

Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues!

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Linda,

Your public page is live here: https://etowahbaptistchurch.myanswers.com/2020/ and you can register here: https://etowahbaptistchurch.myanswers.com/2020/register/.

You can edit your public page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/11210/public-page/ and you can toggle registration here: https://beta.myanswers.com/vbs/manage/11210/promotion/.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Rachel,

Unfortunately no, we don't currently support signing students in and out; we do have the Attendance page, but it only tracks whether the student attended or not, not when they were signed in or out. Instead, you can use a separate check-in/out sheet or an online service like KidCheck. Our thinking was that for VBS, churches would just continue to use whatever system they were already using for Sunday School.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Sharon,

To print address labels, go to your Incredible Race VBS event from last year here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5502/

Next, under People, click Students and/or Volunteers, then click Download Full Student or Volunteer List. This will download a spreadsheet with all the registration information, from which you can pull the address information you need!

Please make sure to log in as the vbsdirector@elimsportbaptist.org email, not your ssteele@intradatech.com account, as, for confidentiality, only Directors can access the VBS event information after the event has ended.

Please let me know if you have any more questions or further issues.

Blessings,

Arthur
