Hi Shauna,

Thanks for contacting us with your feedback! We really appreciate it. We don't currently support what you are requesting, but we do understand that having all the resource downloads collected in large .zip files is not very user-friendly, especially for those with slow or metered internet connections. We do have an improved ABC Resources page in the works, but I can't speak as to when it will be complete.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Amy,

I checked on your account and you have already used the Unit 2 Resources access code, so you should be able to download them here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/#unit2resources.

If you're looking for the verse music, that uses a different code that is also included in the curriculum.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello Mimi,

Good afternoon Mike,

To download the PowerPoint files, go to the ABC Resources page here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/.

Enter the access code in your teacher guide and the associated unit will unlock. Click the icon that appears just below the code entry area to be taken to the page, or you can scroll down yourself.

Next, click the .zip file for the unit you want PowerPoint files for and it will begin downloading. Once the download is complete, be sure to extract the .zip file (right-click and select an "Extract" option). The PowerPoint files are located in the "PowerPoint" subfolder.

Please let me know if you have any further issues or points of confusion.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello Brette,

Our apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We looked into this, confirmed the lesson was missing, and have uploaded it to the ABC Resources page. Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.

Yes, we will soon be adding the ability to skip a week. When we do, you will be able to adjust the schedule for your weekly lesson so that you can finish up the current lesson before starting the next one.

On your My Classes page (https://myanswers.com/edu/manage/), the Settings link is on the left nav bar:

Hello! If you go to our ABC Resources page you can download the Unit 6 resources with the following code: RP06XIB

If you have a question about the physical curriculum, please see this form: https://answersingenesis.org/forms/abc-question-comment/.

Hello Ann,

We didn't convert any of the illustrations to black and white, so if you're seeing them like that, it was intentional (such as the coloring sheets). If they are in color and your printer is printing them in B&W, that is a printer setting that needs to be changed.

We also noticed that you created a new class for each lesson; that runs counter to the rotating lesson access module, as well as causing more work to set up each lesson. The classes are meant to house all the lessons for each grade being taught, and will automatically update the access window to be 1 past, 1 present, and 3 future lessons once the lesson is over. Just wanted to let you know you're doing more work than you need to.

Blessings,

Arthur
