I am sorry for the inconvenience: it seems as though their is an issue with the new curriculum being add to the classes. For the time being, your subscription will not be accessible. Could you tell me which email it is under so that I can cancel it to keep from charging you for class you don't have access to? We are looking into a fix for it now, and we will reach out, once the issue has been resolved.

The reschedule lessons feature currently only works as a postpone lesson feature and is full of bugs that don't make it really worth using. Too many rescheduled lessons can break the lesson schedule and cause the class not to load. That being said, you can contact us to change your current lesson for you any time that you need it.

I have changed your class to be on lesson 18 on July 10. If you have any other questions or issues, please let us know!

I can help you with that! For ABC Digital, you can see eight lessons at a time: the previous, current, and six future lessons; with the new Unit material being available to print two weeks before the first lesson of the new unit is to be taught (This is to keep people from getting all of the material, then cancelling the subscription). Unfortunately, this is not alterable, although we can change your current lesson so you can access the material, then change it back before your lesson is to be taught on the weekend. I can help you with that! Unfortunately, the puppet show is meant to be done live, and there are no puppet show videos in the digital library. The only suggestion that I have is to use a microphone or something, but I am sure you thought of that already. I will make note of that and give it to our content team as a suggestion!
