Good Afternoon Elaine,

After doing some testing with the student registration form, I found that when you select a birth year and need to change it, you must select the day again in order to update the year. The same thing happens when changing the month.

So, to fix the issue of the year defaulting to 2020, use either of the following sequences when entering their birth date:  Month, Year, Day OR Year, Month, Day OR typing it manually by following the yyyy-mm-dd format.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues.

Ben Sherrick

Hello Anthony,

We don't yet have a set date for rolling this feature out, but it will certainly be on or before the full launch of ABC Digital. We let our users know in blog posts when we add big chunks of new content. You can track that here: https://myanswers.com/blog/abc/. For now, please email support@myanswers.userecho.com for any lesson changes.

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick

Good Morning Iris,

I added the Unit 1 music/video access code to your account. To access your digital resources, please visit our ABC Resources page at https://myanswers.com/edu/resources.

Here is a link specifically for Unit 1 Lesson 10: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/adult/1/10/ . You will need to click on the Video icon on the left-hand side to pop out the video.

Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.

Ben Sherrick

Good Afternoon Hannah,

Thank you for your feedback! I have submitted your request to my Development team. One option that may help you would be making sure the print scale is set to 'fit the paper' when printing the downloaded PDFs.

That being said, we are planning on adding pre-formatted PDFs of the lessons that will look exactly like the printed books. But this is still in the works and may be available after the full release of ABC Digital.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Ben Sherrick

Good Afternoon Ruth,

When you click on a Lesson within a Unit, the resources for that lesson will be listed out in a tiled format underneath the Lesson Resources. The PDF documents will need to be generated first to have a watermark for your organization added to the side of the document. To start this process, click on the blue text "Generate Printable PDF".

When the PDF is ready to be downloaded the grayed-out circle icon will turn blue. You can now click on this blue icon and it will download the PDF.

Since the PowerPoint files do not need a watermark added to them, they can be downloaded without having to generate first. Because of this, their download icons are already blue.

I apologize for the confusion this may have caused you. Please try to download the lesson resources by following the process above, and let me know if you have any difficulties. Thank you!

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick

Good Afternoon Megan,

Teachers/Coordinators are invited via email and then they make their own account. Once the director has entered the access code, it applies to the organization and whoever else is linked to it. Since Jennifer Hall created the account for your organization, she will need to invite you via email. Then once you link your account, you should have access.

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick

Hello,

Currently, ABC Digital is set up to allow access to 5 lessons at a time: the previous lesson, the current lesson, and 3 future lessons. An update that we will be adding on or before the full release of ABC Digital is to allow the teacher to view previous lessons. For now, if your lesson schedule gets off track, please contact us and we will adjust your lessons for you.

Also, we have retained our old resources page at https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/ that you are welcome to download lesson content from as well.

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick

Hello Debbie,

Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, no, that is not possible. As stated in the above Knowledge Base Article, the automatically generated schedule does not account for the time between stations. To account for any buffer time, you will need to add that amount of time to the "Rotation Length".

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick

Hello,

A director has full access within your account. Please contact us if you are having any access issues or additional questions.

Blessings,

Ben Sherrick
