I am trying to find a way to rotate my classes and I only see the first rotation, I do not want to use the rotation schedule they have but can't find a place to do my second and forward rotations.

To modify the rotation stations, click on the Settings (gear icon) and then click on Rotation Stations. You can modified any of the stations and reorganize them by clicking and dragging them up/down. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues! 

I see how you can arrange the things in order on the schedule but that does not allow me to change each rotation for each grade class is there a way to do that or do I just need to do my paper schedule

There is not an option to change each team's rotation schedule individually. That is definitely feedback that I can submit to our Development team for further review!
