Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We agree that ABC Digital should have more schedule format flexibility to allow a lesson to be spread over a number of weeks. Unfortunately, I don’t have an estimate as to when that will be released, however.

In the meantime, please just postpone your next lesson to cover the additional week/s that you will be using to teach your current lesson. If you run into any issues with that, please let us know and we would be happy to assist.

Blessings,

Benjamin

Hello,

This is a known issue; it should just be displaying the team name, not the number assigned.

Unfortunately, we have staffing issues on our web development team so I can't give you a timeframe for that fix. I would recommend that you not use the print nametags function and instead print your own with the information below.

You can print your own custom name tag labels in a word processor using Avery template #74459 and the Zoomerang VBS nametags (https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/zoomerang-vbs-nametags/).

If you don't have those pre-printed name tags, you can also make your own with standard Avery #74459 name tags and the Zoomerang logos, found here: https://answersingenesis.org/vbs/zoomerang/resources/.

https://www.avery.com/templates/74459

https://www.avery.com/templates/5392

The Avery #74459 name badges include the entire kit (badges, lanyards, etc), while the Avery #5392 is just the badges alone

Please let us know if you have any more questions or issues!

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback! I know our Development team is working on updating the Lesson Schedule and its features for Teachers. However, as Arthur has mentioned, you can add all your teachers to the class and track them separately on a shared spreadsheet.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Hello,

ABC Digital does not have the functionality to scan check-ins by QR codes or bar codes. I will definitely pass along this idea to our web development team for further review. Here is a quick and simple way to track attendance using Microsoft Forms or Google Forms: https://attendme.eventus.io/blog/how-to-track-attendance-for-free-with-google-forms-qr-codes-excel/

Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Benjamin

Hello,

Yes, while we don't have that functionality within VBS Digital, you can absolutely create a QR code that points to your registration page and use it on your printed materials.

Public page: https://crossroads-vbs.myanswers.com/zoomerang/

Student registration page: https://crossroads-vbs.myanswers.com/zoomerang/register/

Volunteer registration page: https://crossroads-vbs.myanswers.com/zoomerang/volunteer/

You can create the codes themselves using a variety of tools and software, like Adobe InDesign or a free website like https://www.qr-code-generator.com/.

Please let us know if you have any more questions or issues!
