Why aren't students or volunteers receiving the welcome email?
When registration is completed, the welcome email will be automatically sent to the address entered in the "Email" field on the registration form.
The email will not be sent if that field has not been filled out, or if there is no field named "Email" on the form.
Please Note: The "Email" field is included by default; we do not recommend removing it as doing so will prevent registration emails from being sent.
