Editing Registration Forms ?

We have a digital access code for Pro, however, I am still unable to edit our registration forms. Once adding the access code, it will take me to the task page. When I try to go back through to edit the forms, I get a bad gateway error. Any ideas on how to get past this?

Hello Alena,
To edit the forms, click on the Promote tab and then click "Edit Registration Forms" on the left-hand side.

It still will not allow me to edit the forms. It is asking for the access code, then will claim the server is acting up when I try to claim.

I have added you to the organization role. This should take care of your access issue. Please attempt to edit the forms and let me know if the issue still persists.

It’s still not allowing the edits. It’s acting like we don’t have Pro status. It’s also wanting us to have plus, but all of the plus should be included in our package.. correct?

This should be resolved now. However, I see that there are two VBS Events under your account with different dates. Just checking to see if that was done on purpose. If not, I can delete the one that you do not need. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
