Edit student form in registration glitch with it saying field can't be empty when it is not empty
Trying to Edit studet form by creating a new section with our agreement and a short text box for parent to sign. It allows me to put all the information in but then when I hit the save button, It says in red that the field cannot be empty but all fields have something written in them. Refreshed and tried several times... still same error.... Got out of the dashboard and came back in and tried again with same error.

I am having the exact same issue. I emailed customer service several days ago (like instructed in the help area) and have not heard back from anyone.
I found a workaround for it. instead of me being able to do it on the side that's family, I did it on the side that says student. I created a new field and was able to input my information and it did not glitch. it wasn't where I wanted to be able to put my prompt and text box but it's the only thing I could get to work. it was better than not having it on the registration at all. I was putting in a waiver. and a text box for parents to type their name.
