I accidentally ordered duplicate Unit 5 resources. Can I return them for Unit 7?

After speaking with a representative who walked me through the return procedure, I discovered the return policy on the reverse side of the invoice that accompanied the shipment. The representative was quite congenial, polite and did not tell me what a dummy I was (not that she would have) to not notice the procedure in the first place.
