can i send reminder emails

Is there a way to set up sending reminder emails before the event? The old VBS manager, I believe, could do this - send a "your child is registered" reminder 3 days before VBS.

Hello Amber,

While we don't support sending custom messages other than the initial welcome email from VBS Director, you can download a spreadsheet of all your volunteers, pull their addresses from the email column in there, and send a reminder email that way.

To do so, go to People --> Volunteers --> Actions drop down menu, and select "Download Volunteer List".
