Access to VBS website in the future

Will we always be able to access the info on our VBS website? Info on volunteers and students? Even a year later? We used VBS Pro in the past and you had to pay a yearly fee to access your info.

Hello Melany,

I can't promise "always", but I can reassure you that in our current system your past My Answers Director VBS events are not deleted once they are over. You will still be able to access them and pull the info on volunteers and students. There is no yearly fee to access the info. The only parts of MyAnswers Director that we charge for are for upgrading an event to Plus and adding Digital Library access. These are one-time fees, and stay with your created event.
