I can't get the digital lessons generated. They look like they are going to load but then nothing happens

I am unable to duplicate the issue described on your account. Are you getting any error message or are you able to share what specific resource (and age group) you are not able to download?

We aren't getting any error messages. It just looks like it's loading and then never generates. We can't get any of the teaching books to generate and that's what we need
