We use self-adhesive name tag labels but the size yours are formatted (3x4) does not exist in labels. What is the best way to reformat so I can print on standard label size or 3 1/3 x4 shipping label size?

Can you let me know which Avery labels you are using? Once we know the labels you are using we can instruct you on how to format the name tags.

The closest in size that we found are actually shipping labels that are 3 1/3 x 4 inches. They say compatible with Avery 5164/8164.

Hello Marsha,
Unfortunately, we can not support label sizes that are outside of the templates that are supplied in our catalog. In order for us to allow various label sizes we would have to have a template for each Avery label.
