how do i sort volunteer roles alphabetically

Happy to help! The default filtering is by Last Name alphabetically. That is a good idea to pass on to our development team for further review. We appreciate the feedback!

I should have been more specific, but this is our first time using this program. 

What I really meant was when we create volunteer roles, the new role automatically enters at the bottom of the page. The only way I see to put them in order is to drag it up to to where I want it to be, so mv roles stay alphabetical. This is super time consuming, and a bit of a pain, since I also can't "fly" up to the top of the page, I can only scroll/drag a few frames up at a time. Please consider adding a sort option to this section of the lists. We have a LARGE amount of volunteer roles, and we want our volunteers to be able to find their spot easily.

Thank you for the clarification. The only "filter" we have now is the ability to click and drag the roles in the order that you want. I could see how time consuming that would be if there were a decent number of volunteer roles. I will still pass this feature request along to our development team for further review!
