The site is saying my code is invalid
Please help! I've been trying to set up my event but it keeps taking me to last years event and sending me emails about last years things. When I try to make a new event it then tells me that my code is invalid. I'm stuck and frustrated!

Sorry to hear you are frustrated. We searched by your email address and it looks like you already have a Time Lab VBS event created here, though a code has not been added to it: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3810/. If you are using a different email address, please let us know what that is and we can look into that.

I've been confused on which email as well! I have my work email: lisa.kipper@newhopeqc.org and my personal email: lkipp84@gmail.com
Any time trying to type in my code however, it has always said, "Not a valid code"

Your VBS Event is under the lisa.kipper@newhopeqc.org email address. The reason you are getting the "Not a valid code" response is because you have already redeemed the access code.
