No Option for PDF Download

I cannot download pdfs for anything despite being a coordinator.  My wife is also a coordinator, but she was able to see and download pdfs for our volunteers.  We called in to customer service, and they said I should be able to view and print the pdfs.  I even logged in on my wife's computer to make sure it wasn't my computer, and I still had the same problem.  Please advise.
