How can I show a completed background check for volunteers?

Is there a way to indicate whether or not a volunteer has completed a background check with our church? This would need to be only available to our VBS admins and not seen or changed by anyone else.

Hello,

I am not aware of a good way to track this in VBS Digital that would only limit it to the Director. I would recommend tracking this separately outside of VBS Digital.
