Printing Error - Only Receiving Blank Pages

How do I print student information? Or Name Tags?
Every time I try to print, I only receive a blank page.

Good afternoon!
Please make sure you are checking the box to the left of the student name before running the print student details or print nametags actions in the dropdown menu. If you first do that, you should see the info on those pages.

I've checked the boxes to make sure I'm selecting the students. I have the same error with volunteers. Does the computer I'm using have anything to do with it? I'm using a Mac book, but our secretary was able to pull up and print the info on her Windows based PC. I need that option as well so I don't have to use her computer.
What browser were you using? If Safari, can you please try Chrome or Firefox and see if it works there for you? It shouldn't matter what operating system you are using—more likely to be a browser issue.
