cant access pdf to print guides

I can get to the guides page but when i click the pdf printable it says access denied. help

I just checked on your account and everything looks to be set up properly. Please go to the guides page again and let us know if you have any further issues: https://myanswers.com/vbs/zoomerang/guides/.
If you ever run into issues downloading, try refreshing the page, as the download links expire after some time, and refreshing pulls new links.
