cannot type in the email body
I tried to type in the body of an email I want to send to my volunteers, but it won't let me enter that field.

Hello Laura,
This is a known issue that we are working on and will be fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I know the issue is more prominent in Google Chrome. So, in the meantime, you can try using a different browser to see if you are able to edit the body of the email.

As Ben said, we are aware of this issue and are working on a fix to make it more user-friendly.
In the meantime, iIf you're having issues being able to type in the email body field (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/23282/send-email/), please try refreshing the page and then clicking once inside the body field. The blinking cursor won't appear, but you should still be able to enter text in the box.
