Are the digital resource allowed to be used and reproduced to be used in the live streaming of digital VBS?

Are the digital resource allowed to be used and reproduced to be used in the live streaming of digital VBS?  We need to do virtual digital VBS through live streaming on Facebook because of COVID-19.  We want to make sure that we have the correct copyright or creative commons rights.
