Public page

I am trying to edit the content on my registration page and while it will allow me to type it will not give me an option to save the changes. Also, my public page does not have a registration "button" though it does have a volunteer button.

Our design team confirmed that there is supposed to be green "register" button at the top of the page. Somehow it got lost in the live version. It has been restored. So the register button should now be present.

GOOD, I'M SATISFIED

Thanks so much for the wonderful, quick help!

It appears that editing the "content" section of the page doesn't trigger the "save" button to appear. We'll get that fixed in the next update.

For now, you'll need to also change something else on the page to get the save button to appear. The simplest is probably the "Website for donations," just below the "content" area. Type anything in that field, and then click anywhere outside that field. The save button will appear. You can undo your change to that field before you click the save button.

As for enabling or disabling registration, that is controlled from the "Promote" page. Click "Promote" in the main menu to get there. There is a toggle switch under both the student and volunteer registration sections. You can use those to control whether students and volunteers can register on your public page.

Thanks so much. I was able to edit my content doing what you suggested. I did find the toggle switch and both of them were on (volunteer and child). I turned them off an on to see the difference. My confusion is that there is a place in the header bar where you can register both kids and volunteers, but there is also a green volunteer sign' up "button" that is very prominent on the page but no green registration sign up button. So, there is a way to register children, I am just afraid it will not be as noticeable as the volunteer sign up.

I see. I'll pass your concerns on to the team.

One of the things we have planned for the next update is to do a review and overhaul of the public page. So your input definitely helps.

Thanks so much. It is there now. I was going to let you know that on mobile, the links that appear in the red header bar (HOME, REGISTER, VOLUNTEER, DONATE) are not there when viewed on a device instead of computer. This is not such a big deal now that the green buttons appear on the screen but it did throw some of my people off yesterday who were trying to use it from there phone. Like I said, the issue is resolved with the green buttons, but I just wanted to mention it in case the header bar is supposed to be active on mobile as it is on computers. The only active item in the header when you are on mobile is our churches nickname, and when you click on it it takes you to the digital director sign in page.
Thanks again so much for your help!

Thanks for the additional info. I passed it on to our design team. I'm not sure whether the menu should appear on mobile, but the logo link looks like an error.
