Digital access
Can you help me with my account? We are trying to access the digital package and the system keeps saying we need to upgrade. We bought the Super Starter Kit + Digital: Cont + Digital Pro and they system keeps giving error messages and will not allow the access for the digital stuff other than the guides.

I am having the same problem - purchased the Super Starter Kit + Digital Pro but cannot access the PRO features either - keep being directed to upgrade as well.

I am also currently experiencing the same issue. When I enter my code, it just redirects me back to the page asking to upgrade. Thank you for any help you can offer!
