Certificate error

I have published my public promotion page and I receive errors like this one.

This server could not prove that it is www.imperialbiblechurch.myanswers.com; its security certificate is from ssl383999.cloudflaressl.com This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

I can't open it on my apple devices as well because it comes up forbidden.

How do I fix this?
