Volunteer Registration Issue

I have created a volunteer registration form, and it is published. We begin registration on 2/1/26 for Emerald Crossing VBS. HOWEVER, when I have tested the form by entering my husband's information, I get an alert that a volunteer has been added yet his name does not show up. It will show me an icon and allow me to assign the icon to roles however I cannot see any information until I hit "Print List" and that ONLY shows his email address. I have attempted to enter him in from the admin/director side of the website and the same thing happens, his name and information still do not show. We will have around 60-70 volunteers as we do annually, I *really* need more than just their emails in the system.
