How can I make my own schedule that is not automatically generated
We have a smaller church and have set our own schedule with snack time being the same for all students. How can I make my own schedule as the auto generated schedule has snack times different for each group?

Hello Stacy,
Unfortunately we are not able to support customizing the time each station begins. We were looking into expanding scheduling options but weren't able to fit it into the improvements for this year.
You can edit the start time, end time, rotation length, and opening/closing sessions. This can be done from your Settings page. Settings --> Schedule. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

We are also a small Church. We feed children supper after opening assembly. We then all go to class for 30 minutes before rotating 20 minutes each to Crafts, Market, Missions, Games, and Music. We end with another 10 minutes in class followed by closing assembly. I could not find any way to use the online schedule. I do love the digital VBS!

At this time, we still have the one-time option for rotation time. However, excel would be a good choice to format a schedule that is more suitable for your organization.
